The top discs, fixable on the rod, feature holes for holding pipettes, while the lower one has pilot holes for pipette tips and liquid drainage to the base. These discs can be adjusted on the rod based on pipette length. Ensure the arrows provided on the discs are kept parallel to center corresponding holes accurately.
