This Burette laboratory instrument has a leak-proof stopcock with a self-lubricating PTFE stopper and a transparent acrylic body. To provide the highest accuracy, each burette is independently calibrated. Except for hydrofloric acid and ammonium oxide, diluted mineral acids & bases have little effect on acrylic body. Up to 5% weight/weight of acids or 30% of bases can be utilized in the pH range of 1-14, which is optimal.
